1. SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers as defined by § 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). Business customers as defined by the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) are excluded from certain rights, which will be specifically indicated.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. The purchase contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RIGHT OF CANCELLATION)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

You have two options for exercising your right of withdrawal: either by sending us an email or by requesting a return in your Quipster customer account.

1. Withdrawal by Email:

Send an email to: contact@quipster.eu with the following information:

• Full name used when placing the order
• Postal address used when placing the order
• Subject: "Withdrawal Order No. [Order Number]"

You may use the withdrawal form provided under section 13, but it is not mandatory.

The return must be sent to the following address:

Return your package to us. Please request proof of posting from your postal service and keep it as a reference.

2. Withdrawal via Your Customer Account:

Log in to your Quipster customer account by clicking the profile icon in the top menu and proceed as follows:

• Enter your email address in the field and click 'Continue'.
• Open the email we sent you and copy the six-digit verification code.
• Return to the online shop and enter the verification code.
• Click on the order you want to return.
• If your order includes multiple items, select the ones you want to return.
• Choose a reason for the return and optionally add a note.
• Click 'Request Return'.

Once your return request is approved, pack your items carefully.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL:
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments (including delivery costs, except any extra charges for express shipping) within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. Socks and boxer shorts may only be returned in their original packaging. All other items must retain their original tags and labels. We reserve the right to refuse returns of worn or damaged items; in such cases, the goods will be returned to you.

4. CANCELLATION OR ADDRESS CHANGE AFTER ORDER

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel or change your address, please contact us immediately with your name, order number, and change request. We will try to accommodate your request as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We do not deliver to parcel stations.
Shipping costs and delivery times are specified during the order process.
Once your package is marked as "delivered," it is your responsibility to resolve any discrepancies directly with the delivery service. However, we will assist you in finding a solution.

6. RETURN DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return costs from your refund. A new delivery will only take place after the customer agrees to cover the additional costs.

7. CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders outside the EU, you are responsible for proper customs clearance. We provide all necessary documents. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by customs authorities.

8. EXCHANGES

There is no legal right to exchange items. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and may offer an exchange on a goodwill basis.

9. WARRANTY

Statutory warranty regulations (§§ 922 ff ABGB) apply. In case of defects, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the contract.

10. PLACE OF JURISDICTION

For disputes with business customers, the competent court in Salzburg is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction.

For consumers, the statutory provisions of jurisdiction apply (§ 14 KSchG).

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions if necessary for valid reasons (e.g., changes in the law). Changes are deemed accepted unless you object within six weeks of notification.

12. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

If individual provisions of this contract are wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The applicable Austrian law shall apply.
