Conditions of participation for the competition from September 1, 2021

Participation in the competition requires acceptance of these terms and conditions.

(1) By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.

(2) All Quipster Instagram followers are eligible to participate.

(3) Participation in the competition is possible from September 1st, 2021, 12:00 to September 29th, 2021, 12:00.

(4) Participation is via liking, following and commenting on the Instagram competition post.

(5) You can win 1 hand-drawn T-shirt.

(6) Participation is only possible once per person.

(7) The competition has no connection with Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized in any way.

(8) We reserve the right to exclude inappropriate or offensive entries from the competition.

(9) The winner will be determined by drawing lots.

(10) The winners will be notified on September 30th via post comment. The winner will be asked to provide their address details for prize delivery.

(11) If no contact is made within 48 hours in the case of non-cash prizes, the respective prize will be awarded to someone else.

(12) Participants agree that personal data will be collected and stored electronically.

(13) In case of problems, we reserve the right to modify or terminate the competition.

(14) Legal recourse is excluded.

(15) We reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate the conditions of participation.

(16) Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

(17) Natural persons residing in Austria or Germany are eligible to participate.

(18) The competition is held by AKAVIO GmbH, Karl-Emminger Straße 14-16, 5020 Salzburg, AUSTRIA
