Returns & Exchanges

You may repeal your contract of purchase within 14 calendar days without having to state reasons. We promise to refund any undamaged items that you are not completely happy with within 14 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by e-mail when your refund has been processed. We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned items. Any returns after 14 days will not be refunded and may be returned to you. The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any damaged products. Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage). 
To administer your right to cancel your order, you have to inform us by sending us an explicit declaration stating that you are repealing your contract of purchase (e.g. by sending us a letter, fax or an e-mail).

 

Who pays for a return?

Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by you.

 

How do I make a return?

All orders can be returned by post. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions: 

1. E-mail order@quipster.eu to state that you would like to return your order or parts of it and to receive a returns form which is essential in order to complete a return.
 
2. MAKE SURE ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE UNDAMAGED (Any items which are returned damaged, WILL NOT be refunded and will be disposed of).

3. Package your items carefully and include your completed returns form.
 
4. Label your package using the address* stated on our returns form.

 
Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will e-mail you to let you know once your refund is complete.
 
Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

You're not happy with the size you ordered? No problem, send it back to us! Returns need to be paid by you, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange order.

3. Please list the products you would like to return and check the availability of the products you would like in exchange on www.quipster.eu.
